The Fires Inside

Hi, I'd like to let you know a few things about me.

It gets real confusing on Ebay and other web sites with all the scammers onboard. I wish we could do something about that nonsense so the rest of us could live peaceably. My reason for typing this page is to let you know a little bit about me so you can rest assured my dealings will be honest ones.

I'm retired after spending a lot of years in the work fields. In short I was an auto mechanic, a school teacher, and in retail for about 35 years. Honesty plays a very important part in all facets of life and I do not deviate from that. I like a good clean simple life and adhere to those standards.

I am a family person with kids ranging from 45 to 4 yrs old. Well, they're not all mine, but we have foster children that come from either no homes or abusive ones. I spend time doing things with them and they all have a project of some kind going on in the shop. We try our best to give them some moral standards and life goals. Currently we are recycling aluminum to make camping stoves, so all learn a little about the process of making different things. One of the kids likes refinishing old fishing lures and has high hopes of the biggest fish in the lake of the Ozarks, where we live. It's challenging and fun to watch kids go in a better direction than where they were headed before. I hope we make a difference.
